Integration and Exception Monitoring collects detailed status overview per business system on the incoming/outgoing messages for different interfaces. Allowing drilldown to message level to identify problems. Exception monitoring collects system errors and supports AIF Messages, Idoc, Web Service Messages and various ABAP functions.
Job & Automation Monitoring collects individual job execution data and evaluates the executions against historical data with a rating. It checks execution status, application status, start delay and runtime. Analytics and drilldown is available to step level and it supports Application Jobs (S/4), ABAP Jobs (SM37) and BW Process Chains.
With Synthetic User Monitoring we can monitor web-applications availability and performance. It allows us to monitor the evolution based on comparable metrics. We can monitor web-applications via custom Selenium IDE scripts. Opportunity to set up 24/7 monitoring to detect performance and availability issues early.
